OUR FISH SPECIALITIES

Eh Già…Restaurant proposes fresh and delicious fish specialities in Genova, such as: Catalan style lobster, Ligurian-style catch of the day with several vegetables of the season, shrimp’s gnocchi with a sauce of saffron and seabass, realized through the fusion of fish and potatoes in the dough and finally shrimps and champagne risotto.

 
 

Our meat specialities

Besides the several fish specialities, Eh Già…Restaurant also proposes a high quality meat dishes selection. In particular, a delicious black angus tagliata is available.

In facts, the angus is an ancient bovine race hailing from Scotland, which has become famous for the delicate taste of its meat; it is perfect combined to sauces and condiments.

 
 
 
 

Our traditional dishes

Eh Già… in Genova is a restaurant specialized in the realisation of typical dishes of the Ligurian culinary tradition.

Typical Genoese dishes realized using selected and fresh ingredients. The place offers classic Genovese pesto, walnuts sauce, cheese focaccia and much more. We exclusively realize homemade dishes, which are worth to be tried at least once in your life.

 
 

HOMEMADE BREAKFAST AND SWEETS

Our homemade brioches are perfect for breakfast, you can also find: apple-pie, Granny's sweetie pie, pears and chocolate pie, tiramisu, apple strudel, panna cotta, Catalan cream, pineapples or strawberries cups with mascarpone. You can also find a coffee bar service, thanks to the bar inside the place.

 
 
 
 

WINE CELLARS AMERICAN BAR

There are both local brands, including Pignato, Vermentino, Rossese and wines which comes from all Italian territory, such as Dolcetto, Chianti and Barbaresco.

You can also find a rich selection of champagne. The sundowner consists on a waiter service, our courses include a great choice of dishes such as: Genoese pie, pizza, meatloaf, cuculli, cheese focaccia and pasta salad.

 
 

Pizzeria

At Eh Già…Restaurant you can find Pizza, that one typical of Naples which is rolled out and stretched by hand and has high borders. This pizza is realized with a slow leavening and flours that come from a local mill, which specializes in cold-milling. The bread is also homemade.
 
 
 
 

EVENTS

Eh Già…Restaurant is the perfect place to organise special events. In facts, the restaurant can host banquets for ceremonies such as weddings, holy communions, confirmations, baptisms, private parties, after parties, birthday parties and parties for children. We also organise theme nights.
